Dinner Recipe: Vegetable Fried Rice With Salmon

Servings : 4. Prep. Time : 10-15 minutes. Cook Time : 20-25 minutes. Total Cooking Time : 35-40 minutes. What you need Stove or Microwave, 35-40 minutes. Required Ingredients   A medium-sized bag of chopped vegetables or fruits 2 cups of parboiled rice A pound of fillet Salmon ( mushrooms for vegans and vegetarians). Optional Ingredients Salt or sugar to taste, Oil.  “...no one is born a great cook; one learns by doing.” ― Julia Child. Directions   Step 1. Cut or  chop vegetables or fruits,  Prepare salmon,  Set them aside.   Step 2. Use a frying pan or any pot, Heat the pan for a few seconds, Add salmon or Mushrooms and stir-fry for about 5 minutes with high heat, Flip and cook for about 4 minutes, Lower the heat and cook for a few minutes, Transfer the fish or mushroom to a plate Set it aside. Step 3. Heat the salmon or mushroom broth for a few seconds,  Add parboiled rice and cook for about five minutes, Make sure the rice is cooked to your taste. Step 4
