Dinner Recipe: Vegetable Fried Rice With Salmon
Servings: 4. Prep. Time: 10-15 minutes. Cook Time: 20-25 minutes. Total Cooking Time: 35-40 minutes.
Required Ingredients
- 2 cups of parboiled rice
- A pound of fillet Salmon ( mushrooms for vegans and vegetarians).
Optional Ingredients
- Salt or sugar to taste,
- Oil.

Directions
- Cut or chop vegetables or fruits,
- Prepare salmon,
- Set them aside.
- Use a frying pan or any pot,
- Heat the pan for a few seconds,
- Add salmon or Mushrooms and stir-fry for about 5 minutes with high heat,
- Flip and cook for about 4 minutes,
- Lower the heat and cook for a few minutes,
- Transfer the fish or mushroom to a plate
- Set it aside.
Step 3.
- Heat the salmon or mushroom broth for a few seconds,
- Add parboiled rice and cook for about five minutes,
- Make sure the rice is cooked to your taste.
- Add chopped vegetables and stir for a few minutes,
- Add spices and stir for a few seconds,
- Cover the pot and cook for about a minute,
- Your lunch or dinner is ready. Enjoy,

- Use microwave microwave-friendly pan,
- Follow the same directions,
- Cover your pan and cook,
- Your meal is ready.
Serve with water or wine.
