Healthy Recipe: How to Bake Broccoli Cookies

BY's Recipe: Broccoli cookies can be a healthy snack for
kids, vegans, and vegetarians. It's simple to make and requires no cooking
experience. Children under ten need adult supervision.
Servings: 8. Prep.Time: 15-20 minutes. Baking Time: 20-25
minutes. Total Cooking Time: 35-45 minutes.
What you need
- Baking pan,
- 35-45 minutes.
- Required Ingredients
Required Ingredients
- A medium-sized bag of cut broccoli,
- 1-2 cups of flour,
- One teaspoon of baking powder.
- Optional Ingredients
- Salt or sugar to taste,
- Baking powder,
- Oil,
- Butter,
- Eggs.

Directions
Step 1.
- Use a kitchen blender,
- Chop broccoli, add a half cup of water, and blend,
- Set it aside,
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2.
- Use a large bowl,
- Add flour,
- Add sugar or salt,
- Add baking powder and mix,
- Add blended broccoli and stir until it mixes to your taste,
- Set it aside for about 5-10 minutes.
- Prepare the baking pan,
- Use a cookie scoop or any spoon in your kitchen,
- Scoop each portion into the pan,
- Bake for 15-20 minutes,
- Your meal is ready.
Serve with water or soda.
Microwave
- Follow steps 1-2 and the first three lines of step 3,
- Use microwave friendly pan,
- Use high heat and bake for about 10 minutes.
Cooking is an art. Be creative and use broccoli and flour to
create any dish you want. Or hire a personal chef if you don't have the time to
cook or choose not to cook.
