How to Make Veggie Bean Fritters






Makes: 6 servings. Prep Time: 15-20 minutes. Cook Time: 20- 25 minutes. Total Time: 35-45 minutes.

 

Required Ingredients

2 cups of bean flour,

1/2 cup of water,

Chopped onions, mushroom, pepper, or carrot.

Optional Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Olive oil,

Knorr powder,

Salt or sugar to taste,

Lemon juice to taste.

 


Directions

 

Step 1.

 

Use a kitchen blender or bowl to mix bean flour and water,

Add salt or sugar (optional) and set it aside,

Cut or chop vegetables and fruits.


Step 2.

Use frypan,

Preheat the pan for a few seconds,

Add oil or a teaspoon of water and heat for a few seconds,

Add chopped vegetables and fruits and sauté for a few minutes,

Transfer sautéed vegetables to a plate and set it aside.

 

Step 3.

Increase the heat and add the bean mixture,

Add the sautéed vegetables and lower the heat,

Cook for a few minutes,

Flip over and cook for a few minutes,

Your meal is ready ( see the photo above).


Serve with bread and tea. Enjoy!
